Returns Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all protective packaging intact.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept change-of-mind returns as long as the item is unused and unopened. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Faulty Products
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs, but we do require proof of the fault (e.g. photos or video) to assess the issue.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at contact@sola-outdoor.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Important Notes
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty).
